This policy explains what data 3dê collects, why, and how you can exercise your rights, in line with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
1. Data we collect
At sign-up: your name, your workshop name, email and password (stored securely). While using it: the data you enter, such as filaments, products, printers, prints, sales and investments.
2. How we use it
To create and maintain your account, calculate costs and indicators, show your information and talk to you about the service. We do not sell your data.
3. Legal basis
We process data to perform the service agreement and, where applicable, under legitimate interest in keeping it secure and running.
4. Sharing
We use infrastructure providers (hosting and database) that process data on our behalf under security obligations. We do not share data with third parties for marketing.
5. Security and isolation
Each account only sees its own data. Access is protected by authentication and isolation rules in the database.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your language. We do not use advertising cookies.
7. Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data and account at any time through the contact email.
8. Retention
We keep data while the account is active. After a deletion request, data is removed, except what the law requires us to keep.
